Following up on my comment yesterday, I spoke to Chris at EcoMulch after submitting my review and he immediately had someone do the delivery to meet the schedule. I appreciate the reaction once he knew about the issue.
I will place another with EcoMulch in the future.

Local and ease of ordering. I like the selections, and their dyed products are dyed using organic dyes - something new to me, so for those environmentally and health conscious, they have these products. I purchased the large natural mulch (7 cubic yards) for a property that I'm listing to sell. It looks great, and pick up process was smooth, and pricing, competitive. Friendly and informative staff. Will definitely use them again.

what can i say......i work for a large agency within Contra Costa County but have limited resources and budget. I was tasked with a large project that needed ground covering (Mulch). I contacted Hamilton Tree services and left a message with Brittany. Shortly after leaving the message I received a return call. I called back, explained what my project entailed, and Brittany said that they like to work with the community and said that their ECOMULCH would be donated to my project with NO CHARGE, as much as I needed, and that the owners like to invest in the community. Brittany asked when I would like delivery, I said as soon as possible. The first day of the project (after speaking to Brittany) a delivery was made within 1.5 hrs The driver stated that we can have as many deliveries that was needed. The project took about a total time of 1 month. Each time we contacted Hamilton Tree/Echomulch we were never turned down, deliveries were made 2 sometimes 3 times per phone call. The product was TOP NOTCH quality mulch. THIS company is excellent. I highly recommend them. NOT only from the product BUT from Customer services. IF all companies were like Hamilton Tree Services/ Echomulch....the world would be a better place. If they were a fine dining establishment they would be rated 3 Michelin Stars!.......I can not stress enough how good this company and product is!.

I am a big time gardener. I truly appreciate the quality of their small and large mulches, top soil and compost. The delivery service is excellent and the driver(s) have been professional and courteous. They are very respectful of my property and trees when delivering.
