I called J&M to inquire about a conversion for one of my vehicles. The gentleman that answered the phone took the time to ask what exactly I was looking for, the use of the vehicle, and the cost. Marco and his guys did a great job with my Dodge Ram that needed some body work and paint after someone sideswiped me. He got me booked quickly and did the job in 4 days. I couldn't be happier with the work and reasonable price.

Marco is professional and knowledgeable. He saved my day after the horrible experience I received at Mike's Auto Body in Concord, CA. Marco keeps me update on the status of my car. I picked up my car and it looks like a new car. I recommend going to J and M Auto Custom for any repairs outside your car.

I looked around for a local to me company to fix my truck when it got hit. It was drivable so time was not an issue. I shopped around and talked to a few different places including the bigger names. When I got to J and M I was met with honesty and fair expectations. I asked when I could drop it off and pick it up. Both dates were met and the work was better than expected. I own a black truck. Black is the worst color to try and match and blend. I can't tell where the repair was done and the factory paint ends. That is the mark of a great painter! I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I no longer have to look for a good body shop in my area. I found the best! Did I mention that their prices are fair and within reason?

This place is a scam. Don’t deliver on what they promise. Overcharge for the minimal delivery of services. I spent more time getting my car in and out of there than they did work on it. Spent months with false promises. Can’t be more disappointed.

Today I had the pleasure to be help from one of the owners of the shop. I am amused to find homes people like this gentleman. A car of a friend had broken down and he respectfully help us out not until the tow company arrived. He even honestly helped us out with a car we where selling and told him how much we where being offered. He told me your going to low and he gave us the price we should ask. This gentleman is a master in car knowledge (plus he has amazing vehicles and you can see the work for yourself) I can tell they run their business impecable and truly honest. He even offered to help me with my car shock hatch. I am very grateful to encounter people like him.
