“I've been coming to this laundromat for over a decade now and never had any bad experiences, I'm glad to use Dexter pay as its so convenient. Carol is such an amazing manager, so customer service friendly! Restroom always clean and the vending machines are very handy when I need a snack or drink. KUDOS!!!”

“Would give her 10 stars! The owner is very friendly and understanding. She is obviously experienced in alterations etc. I have a small waist and larger hips, so pants never fit well without a tight belt and still wind up bulky and unflattering. I decided to get alterations for the waist of 4 pairs of pants/ jeans and they were perfectly fitted!! I literally couldn't find where they were altered. I'm so happy that I finally feel comfortable in my clothes. AMAZING WORK!! Thank you so much for the excellent service.”
“I am completely blown way by our experience today. We took my son’s clothes to be washed and folded and had an appointment with Jeannie. She is absolutely fantastic! Everything from booking the appointment, to the communication, to the drop off and finally picking the clothes back up was first rate. Jeannie was attentive, and so kind. “I bring my karate gi here for repair. It's a hard garment to work with but they always figure it out. My wife also brings clothes here for alterations and cleaning. I'm not sure what kind of "service" these one star reviews are looking for. This isn't the Ritz Carlton folks...it's a small town dry cleaner. They do solid work and are nice enough. The customer isn't always right and we all know it. Grow up.”

“1st time there Sunday 4/6/25. Great customer service from Nancy! I wasn’t familiar with having to buy the easy card and loading money on to that first. The card is reusable for your next visit so good to keep. My heavy duty blankets came out clean (Nancy recommended warm water vs. hot) and dry time wasn’t too bad. Satisfied 1st time customer ?”

“I can't speak highly enough about this place and the people here - I am so grateful to have found them. Over the past year, I have had many items dry cleaned and they have done an incredible job. Many of the items had been brought to other dry cleaners previously and the stains were not removed - it was Hail Mary to bring them in here and they look like new! They are very reasonably priced, I mean I would have paid much more for these services, but price is subjective. It is a 30 min drive from my house, but I will never get anything dry cleaned anywhere else. I wish I had before/after photos to share.”

“I've been taking my clothes to Hamlin for 20 years and have NEVER had a dress shirt come back with a crease. And you get what you pay for. I'm in there weekly and everything looks great...EVERY TIME. He's open for 5 HOURS on a Saturday. Jesus, I think you can figure out when to get there.”

“I have been looking for the perfect person who can do my Jeans Alterations. I tried Nordstrom in Walnut Creek not satisfied I will give them Zero star if I can, do not waste your money . Then I had lunch with my friends near her shop so I said I should try this place . One day I stopped by told her what I want and she has suggestions so I said okay . What a surprised it was done perfectly ! From then on she is my go to if needed any alterations and dry cleaning. I can say pretty sure I am hard to please but she did . Excellence right there ! “I love washing my clothes here they open up at 5:30am, they uses a wash card which cost only $3 which and all you gotta do is load its 40 cents to dry for 10 minutes and it’s always clean inside”
“Good prices, quick turnaround, excellent alterations of anything. I've had cool Tshirts that were undesirable men's style turned into women's with scooped neckline and scalloped bottom. Perfect! Had an expensive king blanket altered to a queen. Nice, helpful people. Think Norma is owner. And she's always there.”

“Sherry has been my go to tailor for many years now and she always treats me like a nephew. What made me give her the rating today is due to her efficiency. I needed a last minute big change on my suit and she told me it would take a week or so which would be too late for me. She told me she will take care of me and got it done in 2 days! It did not look sloppy at all even tho it was “rushed/prioritized”. She takes care of you, and provides excellent customer service.”
“This places can really dry your clothes pretty quick there. The staff here are really friendly. They might have quite a few broken machines here but they still have a lot of machines still working here.”

“Tried this local cleaners for the first time. I only brought in a sweater to try it out. A lady checked in me in and she didn't appear to be too friendly. Very serious face. I requested it to be folded not hanged so it won't make a mark in the shoulders and she wrote it in my ticket. It wouldn't be ready for 3 days and I was not in a hurry. The price was a bit higher than I expected for a sweater compared to the other places in the area I've used. Upon pick-up a very nice gentleman helped me. He was very friendly and he retrieved my sweater and asked what color it was. I saw that it was hanged and he proceeded to fold it and wrapped it plastic. We even had some small talk and he was super nice. I would come back to this place again because it's very close and convenient plus the gentleman made my pick-up visit much more pleasant compared to the drop off. Hence the 4 star.”

“I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned. The bottom of the dress was extremely filthy because it was dragged through mud,dirt and snow in the mountains. I was expecting it to still look a little dingy at the bottom of the dress after the cleaning, but it wasn't! They did an amazing job! The dress looked brand new again! The owner was extremely pleasant to work with and the price for cleaning a wedding dress was a shock as well! I was expecting to pay more. I definitely would recommend this cleaners!”
