“I feel so lucky to have found Suki. She took on the huge project of altering my wedding dress even though she didn't know me very well. However on my end, I felt instant comfort around her. I loved that she wouldn't be afraid to tell you her honest thoughts and her humor always made me smile. She feels like a family member to me. My wedding dress was not the easiest, but Suki did a FANTASTIC job shortening all 6-7 layers of my dress. She also altered the sides and straps of my dress as well. She communicated well and made sure to have me visit a few times before the final alterations. She was so patient and professional. “I brought a stained silk dress to Vogue. I had taken it to a cleaner in San Francisco twice, they told me it wasn’t salvageable after the second time. Vogue got all of the stains out the first time with ease. This dress was very sentimental so it almost brought me to tears when I picked it up. Vogue has made a forever loyal patron out of me.”

“By far the number one place to go in Concord I have been here for years using this place always great price, friendly staff, and they have card entry only bathrooms so if you load money on your card you can use the restroom which is great cause it keeps out problem individuals, on top owner responds if there is issue very fast, and they have maintanence and cleaning done daily seriously every type of washer use the biggest ones or smallest doesn't matter it has whatever you laundry cleaning needs are they have vending machine and staff to help fold if you pay for that service some days are free drying days check it out and speak with staff they are super friendly”

“Let me start off by saying, finding a decent cleaners is hard work! I read lots of reviews, so I can understand the hesitation consumers get. Vallejo Cleaners has been great in my short experience with them! They do alteration services as well as dry cleaning. My work clothes come out crispy and pristine every time! I definitely have no complaints and if anyone is looking for a new dry-cleaning service location, Vallejo Cleaners is where you need to go! Fun fact: you have the option to walk-in the location or pull-up through their drive-thru service window without having to get out of your vehicle. That's pretty cool if you ask me! Welp, just wanted to share my experience with the world. Hope you guys/gals find this review helpful :)”
“Anna is a skilled seamstress. She took an expensive outerwear jacket by J Linden whose zipper had completely failed after only a few wearings and replaced it with a much better quality zipper. It was a tricky job and now the jacket is perfect!!”

“Sherry greeted me with a pleasant "hello". I asked her to alter a nylon waist belt for me. She had her seamstress fix it and it was ready for my pickup in a few days, at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Gateway Cleaners!”
“I bring my karate gi here for repair. It's a hard garment to work with but they always figure it out. My wife also brings clothes here for alterations and cleaning. I'm not sure what kind of "service" these one star reviews are looking for. This isn't the Ritz Carlton folks...it's a small town dry cleaner. They do solid work and are nice enough. The customer isn't always right and we all know it. Grow up.”

“Tried this local cleaners for the first time. I only brought in a sweater to try it out. A lady checked in me in and she didn't appear to be too friendly. Very serious face. I requested it to be folded not hanged so it won't make a mark in the shoulders and she wrote it in my ticket. It wouldn't be ready for 3 days and I was not in a hurry. The price was a bit higher than I expected for a sweater compared to the other places in the area I've used. Upon pick-up a very nice gentleman helped me. He was very friendly and he retrieved my sweater and asked what color it was. I saw that it was hanged and he proceeded to fold it and wrapped it plastic. We even had some small talk and he was super nice. I would come back to this place again because it's very close and convenient plus the gentleman made my pick-up visit much more pleasant compared to the drop off. Hence the 4 star.”

They went the extra mile to make sure my mom had exactly what she asked for and for a reasonable priced, too. My mom tried it on instantly and was amazed at the work they did and the turn around time was great. “I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned. The bottom of the dress was extremely filthy because it was dragged through mud,dirt and snow in the mountains. I was expecting it to still look a little dingy at the bottom of the dress after the cleaning, but it wasn't! They did an amazing job! The dress looked brand new again! The owner was extremely pleasant to work with and the price for cleaning a wedding dress was a shock as well! I was expecting to pay more. I definitely would recommend this cleaners!”
