Disappointed
Got 4 new tires, not cheap. Picked up my tacoma and got home, realized that three of the hub caps were missing. Went back, was told the technician put all them on, must be a side scam to sell your hub caps back. Also I now doubt that the best tire was used for the spare. Lost trust wount be back, screw the warranty. Will ride those tires tell all 4 blow out before I go to enouther tire shop.

Great team providing excellent service and work. The waiting area is very large and feels like a coffee shop. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for tires and other maintenance.

Employees always glad to see you. They do their very best to help. Huge space to hang out. Good prices good service. Often when I go in there are people from all over the area bringing there cars in. Very happy to be a customer of Les Schwab Martinez!

I had service done to my vehicle fall 2024. Eight months later an issue arose from this service. Travis immediately fit my car in and fixed the issue, which was missed at the initial visit, at no charge. He apologized and made it right. In an era of corporate interest over people's, it is so nice to receive excellent ethical service and care. I have been coming here for over seven years and will continue to do so.

if I could give 0 stars I would!!! I called for an inspection, I asked if they had an appointment available for today and the receptionist told me no, that it was no problem, that I could come without an appointment and they would assist me. I arrived and the guy who helped me was rude, he said there were no appointments, I told him I had called, he told me to speak to the girl who took my call! All she could say was no! That they couldn't assist me because they were very busy!!!! I drove more than 30 minutes to get there, I called before to see if you had availability and they didn't assist me. The only thing worth saving was that the girl was friendly, but I will never return or recommend this place. Terrible service.

These guys are absolute life savers. Champs. Seriously, I had a blow out on a Friday night, AAA wanted me to take it to their shops, but 6 different places either didn't have my tire size or were closing. That would have left me stranded in Martinez over night.
I called Three other shops not AAA related and got told the same thing. No tire in my size (a fairly standard Subaru size).
But then I saw Les Schwab on the contact list. Not only did they have my size, they had Four Options. The tow truck got me there 5 minutes to close. What did they do? Made tire recommendations, advised me on the better choice, and got my tire replaced in No Time. No complaints, no making me feel like a jerk for showing up at close on a Friday night, nothing. Just the usual Amazing Service and great selection I've always experienced at Les Schwab. Frankly, I don't even know why I bothered looking at anything else, Les has Never let me down.
Lesson learned, from now on, Les Schwab is my number one place. To the crew at the Martinez Les Schwab, thank you. You guys are All Stars.

Kendra is very helpful! Had a great experience changing all 4 of my tires , with an alignment and sensor battery change. Highly recommended. Call before-hand and be treated with great customer service.

I called on the phone, confirmed I could be be done by a certain time so I drive 30 minutes to the shop on my work break. I get check in at 10:30am and they confirm again to get me out by a 11:30 am today. after seeing my truck still parked where I left it for them for 20 minutes I ask if they’re still going to inspect in time and they say “i don’t know who you talked to we can’t get it done we need more time. there’s no way we’re getting you in” and gives me my keys back. bummed! i’ve always loved coming to les schwab for almost 10 years. this is not what i’m used to :/
