I wanted to make Mushroom Parmasean so I bought two packs of portobello mushrooms. When I got home and opened them two out of four were moldy and not good anymore. Why would you sell moldy mushrooms? I want a refund and it is also disappointing but not the first time I see mold on produce at your store.

This store is well stocked, always clean, the produce is always fresh lots of fruits and vegetables, Danny in this department is very helpful and knowledgeable, he keeps it all clean and organized, he makes my grocery shopping feel like I am with a friend he is always kind and very helpful.Meat dept is awesome! I love how fresh the meats are and plenty of it, variety of meats. Cashiers are always very courteous and helpful, even on busy days like Thanksgiving!Lots of parking, lots of shopping carts that are actually clean!Way to go Lucky's on Morello in Martinez!!

Went to use self checkout and coupons didn't ring up properly. The head cashier came over to what I thought was to help. I attempted to explain my situation but she proceeded to interrupt me and talk to me in a rude and condescending manner and just told me to call customer service. She should be taking pointers from employees like Max and Andrew or the ladies and gentlemen from the meat and deli departments. These individuals have always been extremely helpful, patient, but more importantly friendly and respectful.

Every time I come to Lucky the shelves aren't stocked, the food is rotten, and the employees are rude. Last week I purchased a bag of potatoes and when I opened them up they had a nasty smell and white mold. Same thing with a pack of hotdogs I had to return. Does this place even get health inspected?

Went in yesterday and bought packaged chicken taco meat and al pastor taco meat. Cooked the chicken and took it to work today. As soon as I ate it I had to go throw up! It was not good. Tried to cook the al pastor meat now and as soon as I cut open the package it just smelled so FOUL. Just the smell made me want to throw up. I had to throw it away and I noticed this package had blank "packaged on" and "sell through" dates so idk if that's on purpose to try and sell bad expired meats or what. Be careful buying their packaged meats!
