Really don't know what they are doing. He didn't listen to what I was saying and was on his phone video chatting whole time. I left went to verizon and now after all the years metro Im now a verizon customer. Cheap phone at metro along with cheap service equals poor customer service and fees if you break your phone..

I would just like to give big big props to your employee at the store on Arnold Dr in Martinez. I have been to three other of your locations in the last 3 days and been on the phone since Friday with your 611 service and no one could help me and I walked in and he did one thing and it fixed my phone he is an amazing employee and I've always had absolutely wonderful results from this store!!!! I want everyone to know if you have a problem with your phone go to the Arnold drive Martinez T-Mobile and they are going to fix it and help you!!! THANK YOU so much to the employee Muhammed you are wonderful and I'm glad that you are employed here and know what you're doing!

Today I had a very stressful day going from one metro store to another after visiting three different ones with them not being able to help and them being so rude I came here and finally got some great customer service by far the best one I’ve had in a while and I was able to get help with what I needed it was a relief to get the help I needed and being able to leave happy and satisfied I really appreciate the help and kindness I got today I will not go anywhere but here from now on wonderful and the best customer service went above and beyond
