I love the efficiency of this DHL outlet. After researching several locations wherein I could trust my family's precious documents to send out overseas, THIS place consistently answered the phones for questions BY the owner himself AND it felt safe that he has had an ongoing relationship with DHL for 20+ years! Other DHL outlets closer to where I live never answered their phones or had questionable dependability. In the middle of a busy work day, it was worth it driving the extra few miles.

I diverted a DHL package to this location - getting packages delivered to my home address is hit or miss - as it is for many these days. The owner of the shop, Terry, was warm and welcoming. I would definitely use his shop as a shipping point in the future (either by using his flat-fee service or by renting a mailbox). I am so glad to find a local business that provides this valuable service!

So I did some research on YELP to find the best place to mail out three heavy boxes and a sandtray to a friend who lived in AZ. She was starting a new private practice and I wanted to make sure all these items reached her safely. I especially wanted the sandtray to be packed with care! Terry, the owner of Pak Mail was very helpful and said he would take care of them. The items were mailed out about 1:00pm on Monday and the receipt said they would reach her by Wednesday. I have to say after reading the reviews here and comparing them to the reviews on other places that pack and mail out items, not once did I read that

My wife was not able to get a simple finger print verification with a temporary DMV license and secondary forms of ID.The DMV had no problem accepting her valid passport with her maiden name and marriage certificate as proof of identity. We called the Sheriff’s office they were Ok with it too but were closing. Finally UPS was still open and she had no trouble getting fingerprinted. For whatever reason this Pak Mail location failed to follow standard state level practices and lost our business, in our own home town.

You know how sometimes you really need to get something done, on a fixed deadline and it shouldn't be that hard, but somehow, every step of the way, it's hard and annoying? NOT THIS PLACE!! They had everything in order, ready to go, SLICK! I got my LiveScan fingerprints done and submitted in a flash. Nice service, fast, easy. I really couldn't ask for anything more. Keep it up, man. Thank you!
