Omar, Elias, and Jonathan made our move so seamless and quick. They were easy to work with and very professional. Despite it being a physically tiring job, they asked us to confirm the placement of heavy items and offered to re-arrange if needed. Compared to other companies I spoke with, Dan from Quantum moving was the only person who did a video call (FaceTime) assessment of our items before our move to determine a thorough quote. I highly recommend them!

Dan and his team were a pleasure to work with. Pricing was clearly communicated up-front, and we actually ended up coming in below the estimate. All furniture and fragile items were nicely protected, no complaints and would recommend!

Dan the owner arrived on site and was meticulous in providing all details of the move and our options and the estimated cost. Actual cost went below estimate. Three-man crew arrived on time and were polite and respectful of ourselves during this stressful day as well as our belongings. Any significant existing scratches or damage was pointed out to us ahead of time to alleviate any misunderstanding. The crew put down floor coverings at both sites. They protectively wrapped all furniture no matter how large. They dis-and-re-assembled furniture with care and expertise. They manhandled a massively heavy couch into position with skill. They worked quickly but not too quickly. They took well-deserved breaks when needed. They thanked me for lunch. I was happy to tip an amount I hope was generous. I highly recommend Quantum Moving.

It’s my first time using a moving company, Im so glad I chose Quantum Moving. Cortes and his team did such an amazing job packing, loading & unloading our things. Dan the owner is easy to communicate with. Will definitely move with them again next time!

I recently used Quantum Moving to move my belongings into a storage unit, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They were incredibly efficient and flexible throughout the entire process. I had contacted several moving companies, but this was the only one that could handle moving my piano, which was a huge relief. The team was not only fast but also very thoughtful with their packing, making sure everything was secure. I was especially impressed with how they treated my piano with care. I’ll definitely be using them again for future moves. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using movers. I moved many times before, always with friends. So I don't have a reference point. I guess these guys weren't too bad, but it surely was a stressful day - more than my other moves. 10 times more costly too. And I measured 25,000 steps that day, chasing these movers around :) On the other hand, this move was somewhat faster, and I got the beds reassembled, nothing lost, and not many things broken. So I rate this at 3 stars.
The main lesson here is - don't rely on what the sales guy tells you - get the contract in advance. We were moving from a 2/2 apartment and full garage into a much bigger house, some 10-12 miles away. We had some plants too. The sales guy said there will be 4 people with 2 trucks. Also, a big selling point was that they cover any damage up to $5000 or so, as opposed to some measly insurance amounts others told me. Well, these weren't quite true.
- The guys showed up 20 minutes early, so my breakfast didn't happen.
- They came with 1 truck! As a result, some stuff didn't fit. We ended up doing several trips next two days, about 5 SUVs worth of things, total.
- They came with a 2-page contract of a low contrast tiny text. It was hard to read and understand quickly, while 4 people were just standing there. The maximum amount was higher than I was told by email, and the packing services didn't quite match, so there was some back and forth, calls to the office, etc. It took too much time, so I didn't question other things in the paper. Just signing the contract cost me about $150 - the 40 minutes at $220/hr.
- They were fast and efficient. Too fast sometimes - I had to rescue my day bag from the truck.
- One thing that was a surprise - they charge double for driving time. Maybe that was in contract that I didn't get a chance to read.
- At the destination, it turned out they don't have enough of the promised floor covering, so I had to improvise from my supplies (see the picture). Eventually, they got extra covering from somewhere.
- When assembling furniture, there was no way that they would stay on the covered part (we have new carpets). So I gave them a plenty of boot covers. But they kept ignoring that and walked on carpet. I had to tell them 2 or 3 times and watch them closely. They also ignored Do Not Stack labels a couple of times. No damage, though.
- When it turned out they broke a piece of furniture, they said I can get some 50 cents for it (it was very light). Turns out they don't really have a $5K coverage included. Awesomely, one guy just paid a fair value to me directly, out of his pocket! Just beware - coverage is NOT included.
- Completed the move in about 9 hours, and the guys skipped lunch, apparently (and so did I).
- The video walk-through in advance was a great idea. Although still things didn't fit.
Overall, nothing was terribly bad, and maybe that's good enough when it comes to moving :). I am not sure if I will use movers again, though. If I do, I will try someone else, for comparison.

Highly recommended movers - Dan was very helpful in lining up a truck and crew for us on short notice and on a day their trucks were all lined up. Very easy to communicate with and took care of all our needs. Alan and his crew were absolute pros and finished the job on the shorter end of their time estimate - no damage to ANYTHING!

Excellent movers, good communication, reasonable pricing. I’ve moved a lot and this is the first time that nothing got broken or went missing. Probably the most professional movers I’ve ever worked with from quote to scheduling to the actual move. Highly recommend for local moves!

This was not an easy move but the team from Quantum Moving did an excellent job. They packed all the furniture was amazing care and placed every item in my new home as I requested. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience - moved a 2 bed/2 bath from San Jose to San Francisco. Very quick and professional team. Quotes were significantly lower than many other movers I reached out to. Highly recommend!

I literally can’t say enough about these guys! For me, moving is the worst activity on earth! These guys actually made it completely PAINLESS and almost FUN!! They are so quick and yet so careful, and absolutely respectful of your belongings and your home. Everything wrapped. Not one scratch. Absolute perfection. Alpie is an awesome human, skilled at his craft and great sense of humor. Ivan and Jonathan were so kind and hard working! Just lovely guys. Competitively priced.
Five stars is not enough. The guys, and Quantum Moving, deserve 100 stars!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Quantum during our recent move between apartments within SF. Working with Dan on the quote and walkthrough was a pleasure; he's clearly seen it all and his expertise was very welcome. We scheduled on incredibly short notice (about a week in advance) and they not only accommodated, but beat competitor quotes we received by nearly $1,000. On the day of the move, the guys were kind, thorough, and efficient. Nothing damaged or missing. We were really appreciative of their efforts as we had an extremely challenging access issue in our former apartment that required bringing all of the items out through the back stairwell and in a narrow corridor back to the street — this was handled with ease and really relieved a ton of stress on our side about getting all of our big, bulky stuff out of the apartment. Overall, I can't recommend these guys enough, we will definitely remember them for our next move!
