We had a pretty big wish list for the rental we were looking for: cat-friendly, two levels, a garage, outdoor space, EV car charger, and close to downtown. We weren't sure it was even possible, but Jeanette worked magic to make it happen! She proactively offered to show us a townhouse close to downtown. We loved it, however it didn't have a car charger and the landlord was hesitant about pets. She negotiated with them on our behalf, obtaining permission for our kitty and getting us an EV plug! She made the whole process smooth and stress free for us. We can't wait to move into our new home.
