My insurance company said this towing service would arrive in 30 minutes, and no joke, they did arrive in 30 minutes. Friendly service and was able to get the job done with zero issues.

Poor customer service, Driver only spoke English, he couldn't understand numeric English and when taking personal information for debit card payment driver made sure to say it out loud for others in public to hear even after I requested him not to repeat it aloud, to just follow the information on the card visually and I would give him the zipcode but he insisted on exposing all 16 digits expiration date cvv and zip code resulting in me canceling debit card and paying cash. I felt very vulnerable as a mother when he had all my information and everyone else standing around outside did too. I do not recommend this company due to privacy disclosure of personal information is not honored at this business.

I was donating a car that was no longer running and sitting in my driveway. The tow driver dragged the car through the plants, left streaks on the driveway, and then hit my landlord's car. When the landlord came out and asked for his driver's license, the driver said he didn't have a license. Completely unacceptable service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called at 11am on a Friday to have my vehicle towed from one shop to another. They said it would be an hour before they could pick it up. It's now 3:45pm, I called to confirm that they picked up my car. They said they were not able to pick it up but could do it tomorrow. They didn't call me, now it's too late to get anyone else today. So frustrating

I had a flat tire in my work truck on the freeway and coasted off the ygnacio valley exit to this place called farm tow and they hooked me up or this place they tow me to America Tire on Pine St. I was inside making arrangements for the repair and had the van off the flat bed and was gone before I could give him a tip! They where there to pick me up and loaded up in less than 30 minutes!
