Marshall, the leasing agent, was incredibly kind and genuinely thoughtful throughout my visit. He took his time showing me all the amenities and never once made me feel rushed. I truly appreciated how comfortable he made the whole experience, it felt like he really cared about helping me find the right place. The apartments themselves are beautiful, surrounded by plenty of trees that make the community feel peaceful and welcoming and the fact that they even have a dog spa was such a delightful surprise! I’m definitely considering making this my new home after the holidays.

If you’re looking for your dream home, Marshall is the absolute best from start to finish. Very thorough, explanatory and well spoken. As soon as you walk in the building, his genuine smile lights up the room and he truly makes you feel like family. He gave my significant other and I a tour around the complex and didn’t make us feel pressured into renting right away. With Marshall’s great personality, these beautiful apartments are definitely at the top of my list.

They've not shown up twice for a tour of the apartments. No email or call letting me know they needed to reschedule, had the maintenance guy not been here I wouldn't of known at all. Very unprofessional, I could only imagine moving in and theyre never available.

We were just blown away by the exceptional service Marshall provided.
He was incredibly warm, professional, and knowledgeable, making the entire viewing experience comfortable and pressure free.

If you're even thinking about moving to the East Bay, Maris at Martinez needs to be at the top of your list. From the moment I stepped onto the property, I knew this place was different—not just another apartment complex, but a community that genuinely cares about its residents.
Let me start with the staff—specifically Marshall and Rasheeda, who are absolute rockstars. Marshall will go out of his way to make sure every question is answered before you even think to ask it. He’s warm, professional, and makes you feel right at home.
And Rasheeda Hands down one of the most helpful and genuine people I’ve met during my apartment hunt. Whether it's showing you around the units or handling move-in day with grace and ease, Rasheeda makes it all feel effortless. She brings this calm energy that immediately puts you at ease, and it’s obvious she truly cares about the people living here.
The apartments themselves? STUNNING. Bright, modern layouts, with sleek finishes and thoughtful touches in every room. The community amenities are next-level fitness center, beautiful common areas—and everything is immaculately maintained. It seriously feels like you're living in a boutique hotel.
Parking? Easy. Location? Perfect—close to the freeway, downtown Martinez, and surrounded by nature. I honestly don’t know what more you could ask for.
Bottom line: If you're looking for a place that’s more than just four walls—where the staff knows you, the units wow you, and the vibe is just right—you need to check out Maris at Martinez. Ask for Marshall and Rasheeda. You’ll thank me later. 🙌

Worst place ever lived there for one year the manager lady does not communicate nor is ever in the office. She retaliates when I told her I was moving she removed me from the tenant portal. They have never addressed the issue of rat infestation. This rats are through our food multiple times and some tenants just park anywhere and smoke weed through out the complex even though no one is allowed. We have not heard from her since we told her we were moving out. Total scam of a complex and the management needs customer service training.
Also huge mold issue my kids were sick all the time until we moved out ever since they have not been sick. Hopefully corporate sees this issues and gets ahold of me.

Sharing my parents-in-laws experience after living here for 14 years. After a horrible rat infestation that was never adequately addressed, never cleaning the carpets after repeated requests, and having to paint the apartment twice with no help from the property manager, they gave them a ridiculous move out statement. Office refused to compromise.
