Called for a tow, ugh, these people asked the basics and finally for a credit card to confirm. 5mins later, the secretary sent out my concern and 30mins later the tow driver called to confirm my location. It was smooth sailing compared to my insurance company, who I’ll be firing in the next couple of days. Thank you Legend!

I needed a tow. I thought calling a local tow company to tow three blocks, less than a mile would work out just fine. I called these fine folks up and they said half an hour to forty five minutes. Perfect. Three hours later after many phone calls when the driver was "almost there" they finally arrived. Tow took ten minutes and they charged me 40 dollars more than they quoted me. I lost my car keys in the mall so I called Towing Legend. They came quickly, broke into my car WITH NO DAMAGE and made me a new key. Very efficient service. Highly recommended!

Spent a terrible 90 minutes on the side of the freeway in the middle of the night after being quoted a 45 minute arrival time. Not only did the driver never show, but the company stopped taking calls, which meant I had no idea when to expect them... or even if. Eventually had to give up and call another company, accepting a cancellation fee nearly the price I would have paid for the tow. Give this company and their predatory “services” a pass.
