I am so disappointed by the lack of service I received here. I am a local resident and have used this post office for years. It’s the holidays and I had some packages to mail out. Denise who was working refused to create shipping labels for my packages. She said it would be too time consuming for her and that she couldn’t help me. Isn’t that her entire job??? To help people ship items out? I had all of the packages and addresses ready and she refused to help me because she admitted that she is lazy and doesn’t want to take the time to do it. Please get better staff!

A much smaller post office with only one worker in the front but you'll get the customer experience that is severely lacking at all the other nearby post offices. The postal worker today was amazing. She was very nice - explained everything with detail and patience when I had questions. This office is a little more out-of-the-way for me, but I'll be using it regularly.

I usually hate going to the post office because of the customer service, but a package got returned because I did not have enough stamp. I went to this site and Kim was so friendly and helped me dearly. This is likely be the only post office I ever visit, Thank you Kim!

Worst customer service ever. The Asian cashier was so rude. I should have took her name down. I have never had such an awful exchange with any customer service person in my life.

My cute teeny tiny post office. There are 4 parking spots. When I visit most of the time it's the same lady. She is knowledgeable and helpful and I have witnessed her be oh so patient with people.3 people in line and it's crowded. With the larger post offices close in either direction, this is my favorite.

Unlike the overwhelming vast majority of Post Offices, the lady who works behind the counter is very nice, and helpful. Anytime I need help or talk to a worker, instead of just dropping off mail, I come here.

I love this friendly neighborhood post office. The staff is always friendly and helpful, access is easy, and my packages get into the tracking system immediately.

Look like this Martinez office lost a really important papers very important ,cost money time I can believe it .I just this with the mail guy on the company the recieve the mail every day from fremont , on first week on september and they dont receive this mail yet, look like there lost i spend more than a $300 to get it plus other thing i can believe it.Yeah the lady and other people over there really rude.

very small postal office. with the covid i'm shocked they allow 10 pple at a time. it doesn't fit 10 at 6ft but that's what the signage says. the postal gal is slow but not sure if it's her or procedure. there's always a line. they are closed say/sun and no pobox's. it's a great location though.

Worst post office I have been to. Extremely rude staff. Don't even get me started on the actuall mail delivery service its self.
