The lady went above and beyond for us! She was amazing! She helped us set up the new phones and explained the plans very thoroughly. She even explained all the perks. Very pleased and the customer service was excellent.

BEWARE!! Bunch of guys working on commission that will lie to get you to buy things. I was told “it’s a Black Friday special”. Free accessories, free Apple Watch. None of it was free! When I found out, I returned the watch 2 days later. They said they would deactivate it. 3 months later still activated! Even customer service can’t seem to get it straight. Have talked with them numerous times. And all the “free accessories” cost me $200.00. Never again with Verizon!!

Spent almost 5 hours in their store to simply swap out 2 new iPhones that I ordered online for our old ones and transfer the data. This simple process threw all 3 of the staff into complete confusion. They made me wait for 1/2 an hour thinking they had to get the new phones from a locked safe, only to find out that they could grab any of the phones from their inventory. Then processing the pre-paid order was a process that took 3 people and the off duty manager to figure out. The biggest issue was that they had no idea they couldn’t accept our trade-ins until after I left the store. So I had to come back and retrieve the old phones, to simply mail them to Verizon (they didn’t think to check on this during my 5 hour ordeal). Other people in the store also were there for over 3-4 hours as well. One of the most frustrating processes I’ve ever experienced with buying a phone.

I came into the store to switch over to Verizon & everything went extremely well. Dexter was the sales person who helped me set up 3 lines & home internet. Thank you Dexter! You made my overall experience with Verizon a 10/10.
