Waters did a great job for me on my move. They were right on time, very professional and went straight to work. They packed my things carefully and moved my furniture with care. At my new location they were very accommodating in asking where things should go. I’m very pleased.

Waters was responsive to my needs by phone. They were able to set me up for a walk through quickly and Abel was professional, warm and competent. They were then able to give me a reasonable quote and worked hard to arrange to do the packing and storage work quickly as we had a deadline. Tony and Faustino, our movers, were on time, communicated well, worked smart and fast - I would use them again and refer them to others.

We hired Waters to transport a huge coffee cart on wheels from Contra Costa County to Sonoma County. It was delicate work with several heavy pieces, necessitating a massive lift gate. They did a beautiful job taking care of our precious mobile business venture. Office staff and moving guys alike were lovely and easy to work with. We will definitely call them for the next transport, and their prices can't be beat for their care and reliability, above and beyond.

I was very impressed with how careful and respectful the Waters crew was with my things, and with me. I also appreciated how well they worked as a team--helpful and nice with each other. The office team was accommodating to me and my changing needs. I would enthusiastically recommend Waters Moving to anyone.

Wow! The Waters team overwhelmed us with their professionalism, hard-work, and care for our items. We had a large house to move along with specialty items such as a wine collection and wine fridges, bird cages, and outdoor plants.
We had three trucks and a team of six to start and ended a very long day with 3 additional helpers. We were amazed to get everything moved -safely and orderly-in a single day.
We can’t say enough positive things about the team and would absolutely recommend Waters to anyone looking to move. Five stars are not enough!!

All services were excellent. The crew got there early and worked hard to make it all go so smoothly. They all worked together so well and the move was done well before I had anticipated. They deserve a raise!

You are in good hands from the day you schedule an estimate to the day your furniture is all in place in your new digs. Their movers are very professional and take great care with all your belongings, even something purely sentimental like my son’s third grade art project- all blanket wrapped and handled with care. Highly recommend.

If you are debating movers or a POD…don’t! Waters is the only way to go! Time is money and what they did in 3 hours was more than I could a week. The team was professional, skilled, and handled all our belongings with extreme care! These guys know what they are doing.
Their office staff is always available and patiently answered all my questions. Use Waters anytime you have to move anything!
