I have bought a couple guns here and find the staff of that part of the store knowledgeable and pleasant, great pricing too. One star earned by the woman behind tbe counter today who snapped at me tp leave my backpack behind the counter. If that's the way staff are going to talk to customers I'll just go elsewhere. Completely ruined the small town cozy charm of the store and there are many other similar stores in town.

Friendly service, reasonable prices on some things, convenience pricing on a lot.It's worth the price, though, for the knowledge you get from the employees at this Ace compared to other big box hardware stores.

Very very bad experience no good customer service speaking with customers very rudely nd I can find another location for anything is this store otherwise time bst i going to that store for my amo stuf first they told me u can bring green card I can bring card to home is 1 hr way to my home and after nd go store for bring green green and then he told me we don’t have ur thing u want first time he bring stuf in counter and i see everything nd they have nd they want g card nd I go bring back so he told me we don’t have ur stuf so very confused so I don’t recommend that place so sorry

Ammo prices are atrocious, and they won't accept ammo transfers. Older gentleman behind the counter said "support local businesses, we have to make money" when their prices are over double what you can get online.

I have yet to go into an Ace Hardware that has a gun shop as well. I might come back to browse their selection. Otherwise, a decent hardware store.

I ride my bike over to an buy a vacuum cleaner belt for my. New vacuum but I find out they don't carry any .while I was looking I notice a lot of very expensive ice chests and men's hunting apparel I glance at the price tags on a few items and I was shocked this place seems more like Macey than a ace hardware that I remember growing up in my town. I almost felt out of place by the atmosphere almost like i was in a mans cigar smoking club. maybe im just old fashion . I had to pedal another 2 miles to get the vacuum belts over in Linda which means going over the E st. Bridge I guess if you are looking for a bear hunting jacket this is the place to go . Not quite sure of this place but it did have a lot of employees to answer any questions I might of had .
