““This place is under brand-new management, and I honestly don’t know what those old reviews are about—because I *love* living here! Leticia, the manager, is fantastic—she’s attentive, responsive, and gets any issues resolved quickly. They recently upgraded my unit with beautiful new flooring, cabinets, appliances, and counters, and I’m only paying \\$1,475 for a spacious 2-bedroom. I’ve lived in many apartment communities, and while no place is perfect, this one offers outstanding value for the money. I’m very happy here and plan to stay for a long time!””

“The main reason I wanted to move here is for safety. I definitely felt safe and secure in this apartment complex! I was also looking for a friendly community. My neighbors became like my family. Truly sad to leave but due to my commute I needed to move closer to work. In the 6 or 7 years that I lived there management was friendly and accommodating as needed. Not a high traffic area so street noise was eliminated. My son and I loved living there because it is so close to Ellis Lake.”
