“Neda, the manager is great to work with! Gaston, the maintenance guy is always willing to help. Great place to stay- has hookups for the washer and dryer as well as AC. However, you are next to the train tracks, so those can be loud. They’ve also been doing construction on the adjoining street so it’s noisy sometimes.”

“The workers there were amazing and help me out so much. I'm trying to move in and get as much information as I can about the place. And the lady who helped me was wonder foul. I love how much she couldn't effort into helping me even though it was 15 minutes before the office closed. Love this place”

“I recently moved into Sandpiper Cove and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! The community is beautiful — the landscaping is well maintained and gives the whole property a peaceful, welcoming feel. The pool, clubhouse, and gym are fantastic amenities and make it feel like a little resort right at home. One of the best parts of living here is the manager, Trinity. She is incredibly sweet, helpful, and truly knows how to run a property. You can tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made my move-in experience easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a clean, well-kept community with great amenities and an amazing manager, Sandpiper Cove is a wonderful place to live!”
