“We went to Troy with our transmission going out after only having our Explorer for 6 months. Troy and his team rebuilt our transmission and front axel and got us up and running.
Recently we noticed transmission fluid leaking and called Troy up. He got us right in and fixed the problem.

Nick diagnosed it quickly and took care of the issue, where another mechanic was trying to charge me a huge diagnostic fee to chase down the issue. Nick knows what he’s doing and he’s honest. “We needed to stop after being in the car for a long time and use the facilities. I recommend that if you are going to be in the restroom for 5 minutes, don't do it. People get so impatient making statements, "what did he do, fall asleep in there?" (Not myself of course.)It was rude of the male customer to say what he did and I stood up for my son who was in the restroom. I believe I handled my words well with the guy, I don't curse, so there's that.”
“This business is run extremely well. They provided me with excellent customer service and Superior mechanic services. They are very professional about their work and handle communication superbly! They are a family-run business by very honest people. I've never been treated so well at a shop that I can remember. I felt the whole time that I talked to them that they were listening to me and genuinely concerned. If there were 10 Stars I would give them that. Highly recommended for anybody that is having car problems and wants honest, polite and genuine people to work on your vehicle. It was also a pleasure that I got my vehicle repaired so quickly. “One of the lesser known welding supply stores. They pump their own CO2, Argon, and Oxygen. They have welding wire, electrodes, and a decent selection of tig rod. Not to mention consumables for any welding process. They keep a decent stock of items as well. They carry SAIT grinding, flap, and cutting disks.”
“Got a flat 1/4 mile up the road from the shop and they fixed the flat in less than 10 minutes and for only $10. Didn't matter that I didn't buy the tires from them. Great service.”
“I think it needs to be posted someplace that they highly recommend you have an appointment for everything. From windshield wipers replaced, oil changes to tire rotation. So many people have to wait hours because they don't have an appointment. It's very frustrating.”
