“Excellence store the employees here are knowledgeable patient they take the extra time that they need to get the job done right and get you out as quickly as possible with no wasted time.
I've never had to wait for longer than a couple minutes at most in a line at this store nor have I ever received the wrong part l, the employees are very thorough and knowledgeable even the manager takes the extra time he needs to ensure that we have gotten the correct part the first time. I know there's not much more annoying thing than to get home and get your car taken apart only to find out you've got the wrong part and your car is now up on jack stands. This store has never placed me in that position.
very little things in life as precious as time and wasting it is one of my pet peeves.

“I had an appointment at 3:30PM to get my iPhone screen replaced and the young lady at the front told me I had to turn off the FIND MY through my iCloud. Which was my fault because I forgot to do that beforehand. Took me about a little over 30 minutes to figure it out and turn it off since I had to work my way through a half working screen. I went back in hoping they would still fix my phone and they were so kind enough to still fix it for me. Super quick service. The young lady and gentleman were very helpful and understanding. 100% RECOMMEND!”
“This is a very good spot to go. Get how you say anything you need for any car. Some cars you can't find, but they can direct you in the right way. I don't help multiple times”

“This the second time over the last couple years I have used their services and luck for me it was the same guy. They are a fast and friendly company and if you need help ask for Mike. He is so sweet and kind. The first time I needed a tow my twins were only 18mos and it was in the middle of the summer ☀️ with my van over heating. The second I said I had babies in the car he dropped what he was doing and my tow time went from a hr to 10mins. He even brought cold water for us.”
