“We needed to stop after being in the car for a long time and use the facilities. I recommend that if you are going to be in the restroom for 5 minutes, don't do it. People get so impatient making statements, "what did he do, fall asleep in there?" (Not myself of course.)It was rude of the male customer to say what he did and I stood up for my son who was in the restroom. I believe I handled my words well with the guy, I don't curse, so there's that.”

“Bluestar Xpress Car Wash Is by far is the best drive-through car wash I have ever used. I love the drying shammy’s which is part of the electronic process at the end. I’ve never experienced that before. Also the people are fantastic and I was struggling to find the free car wash ticket that they sent to my text message and the gentleman was so wonderful he could tell I was being honest about having one that he said it’s all right to show it to me next time you here and let me go through that so I didn’t hold up the line.

Even though I did hold up the line again….I proceeded not to know my new vehicle well enough and how to get it into neutral, I kept stopping the line, but they were all wonderful about it and the gentleman was able to help me figure out how to get my own car in a neutral. I have a 2024 Nissan rogue and I had never needed to put it in neutral before it’s got a different kind of shift mechanism than any other vehicles I’ve ever owned but back to the compliments. I highly recommend this car wash if you travel through Marysville at all like I do going to Sacramento once a month from Paradise. I have to go to UC Davis Cancer Center and this is on my route. It’s worth the drive. I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed. Besides, it’s my experience that cars drive better when they’re clean maybe because the owners feel better.”

“I miss Ray he was the best but this is not as good . There's always a car or truck just parked with occupants not washing cars. Ray would make them leave as he'd see on his camera at home. It was much safer at night but not now. Vacuums good price but often the nozzles stolen . Heavy homeless population always around”
