Apparantly youbhave to appointment to conduct business even when no customers waiting. Guy was rrally rude about it. Didnt even offer to set up an appt. Just asked if we had one and when we said no it was we cant help you.

I agree with some of the other disgruntled customers and former customers! I banked there for almost 10 months and had a couple of possible fraud instances which I thought was great until they got overzealous and decided to close my accounts with no explanation or chance to explain my changed personal profile and banking, I recently became a minor business partner for a business back east and started to receive quite a few Zelle deposits monthly and apparently they did not want to deal with me anymore, at least after a couple of months and hours of phone calls one of the local bankers at least allowed me to finally remove My Money! My advice is to avoid Chase Bank if you can.

Been calling for 2 days trying to make an appointment to open account. You just cannot walk in you have to have an appointment. 2 days and about 50 phone calls later someone picks up only to hang up. Calling them back immediately and again no answer. I called another local bank and they answered no problem made the appointment I'm going in tomorrow to open my account. Thanks for nothing chase.

Carlos set up my account it’s been 2 weeks it’s been restricted for now and the only thing I can do is run a bill on my credit card horrible service I have been coming back to the bank the past week now

The personal banker Brandon Tindol is so unprofessional, he opened a credit card for me, said it was approved just needed address verification, I sent him the document and he couldn’t open it so therefore I had to go to another chase branch to have them upload the document into their ivault and then the banker even emailed and called him and I also emailed him just to confirm on my end that I went out of my way to upload the document and he didn’t even follow up with me that the credit department can’t see the document either. Horrible service, please don’t rely on people like this that will just leave business unfinished!!!! This is how you lose customers!
