I ordered a customized round birthday cake for my son. He wanted Mario. The website gave me the option to choose so. My boyfriend called them the morning of pick up. The lady then said that she couldn't decorate it how I ordered it because the cake was too small. When we picked up the cake, they didn't include the kit (Mario and Luigi driving carts) but yet still charged us full price for a cake with the kit. The manager apologized, but they still didn't give us a refund. I didn't expect a full refund just the difference between the Mario kit cake and a regular birthday cake. That's $10 but $10 is $10 but it sure does come in handy during today's economy. They should've called us to inform us first. I usually always go to them for birthday cakes. I think from now on I am going elsewhere.

Like the location and variety of products, good staff in bakery seem to come and go but service is pretty good regardless. It would be nice if they had an Aisle map of the store reoginaztion like Winco did, I still can't find some things... On the flip side, they've aldded more variety to the shelves. My go to store in Marysville, they usually get you in and out quickly.

They're pretending to be the lowest price but you'll surprised when you pay at the counter. 2 more dollars per pound from what the display price.Don't be fooled by them..Only in savemart..

I always come here because in my opinion it's the nicest grocery store in marysville. The produce selection is maintained very well and it's a clean store. The only thing that bugs me and sets this store apart from my other favorite, Belair, is the staff. The staff at check out is always so unfriendly! I never even get a "hello how's your day". The conversation starts and ends with "paper or plastic". It honestly ruins my experience.

I've been shopping here for over 30 years because its convenient. What's what? Deli/bakery dept: Covid caused personnel shortages and continuous turnover in the last year resulting is poor service but seems to be under control now. Small hot food selection but best fried chicken tenders/fried chicken in the area. Most of the time you can also get some baked chicken pieces too. besides chicken only other hot item is potato wedges.Single purchase Bolillo rolls which are great to have on hand. Good selection of cold premade deli items like pasta salads/potato salads etc. I especially like the san francisco style potato salad and lemon fettucine. Lunchmeat is average quality. I was never impressed with the cleanliness of the sandwich area and so never order a sandwich here.Tiny morning offering of bagels and donuts etc, but bagels are only fair.Meat Dept:Tasty seafood salad at the meat counter, good selection of shrimp and other seafood along with slab bacon etc.But, I don't buy beef here cause its not graded and looks to be low grade or "Select" with little marbling etc. The clerks don't seem to know always know how fresh the fish is at the counter.Produce dept and shelf items are well maintained. Beer aisle needs help as the single purchase items are spread thru several cases and the selection is fairly meager. After talking to the store mgr and clerks they always blame this on the vendors...Only store I know of that has no hand baskets available, they tell me they all get stolen so don't have them anymore. No self checkout here and so sometimes the lines get you standing in the isle waiting.

Absolute horrible customer service! Showed me racism to my face and had no reaction when I said something about it. Treat me like shit!!! Last time I'll ever shop there.

I started to do my shopping and then seen the deli and decided to get a sandwich for myself and my kids. The woman who was making them I believe the deli manager.shorter woman with brown hair/ highlights. Made me feel very unsettled and like I was a bother when she said next time if you're ordering more than two sandwiches call in your order (with major attitude). The original lady that was helping that was helping me, she was wearing a bandanna she was a sweetheart, very kind. She asked the woman who I think is the manager for help and that's when she snapped at me. I said well I'm sorry I came in to do my shopping didn't for see myself getting a deli sandwich. The sandwiches tasted good but I will make sure to take my services down the road to farmers market in East Marysville because they have great deli sandwiches and I've never gotten the attitude there that I received today at the save Mart deli. 3 stars or the quality of the sandwich and the one nice lady with the bandanna!

Their standards have slipped, today was the 6th time in past three months I went in for a deli sandwich and was given a cold shoulder. The employees look at you standing there waiting, and then proceed to help other people who walk up after you. If your deli employees hate making fresh sandwiches so much that they insist on ignoring your customers trying to get them, then either stop making that an option or train your people better. I will just go to Bel-Air for my deli sandwiches now, as atleast they know how to treat someone.

I go here for sandwiches but they've got my order wrong twice. I asked for a basic Turkey sandwich with all the veggies except for onions and olives. How hard is that? These people need another job if they're not listening to basic instructions. Yes customers work hard for their money so please get it right.

SaveMart is incredibly convenient being in Marysville but the customers ruin the experience. The store itself is clean and the recent renovations look great. Staff wears masks & sanitize but the customers are just insanely trashy. No masks, coughing on everything, babies screaming. Stressful as hell. The deli is great but they're consistently understaffed and there's no set way to line up so it's always confusing. The employees are nice save for one gentleman who is incredibly creepy. I haven't seen him the last few times so I hope he doesn't work there anymore. I go here as a last resort but it's not my first choice. They have a good selection of items and they're about on par price-wise with similar places.

The remodel is so nice!! This is my go to grocery store, despite being not the closest one to my house and higher prices than somewhere like Walmart or Winco. They do have food sales though often through their ad or on the app. There are two main reasons this is my go to: 1- they always have a great selection of everything, along with a great deli and meat department, 2- the customer service is fantastic.. it's the sort of small grocery store you can go to and aways see the same employees and they remember toy.

I came into the store feeling kind of down. I ordered a sandwich from the deli. The girl behind the counter taking my order was bubbly and so nice. She brightened up my day. Thank you Brooke.
