rude, yells at people for the simplest of things. the trainers cannot handle their own temper and throw temper tantrums. i do not recommend this place.

I signed up for dog training with Daughterty Dog training and followed all her instructions. I showed up early, paid $200 cash, let them charge me an additional $32 for a rope and chain that I could have brought with me if she specified the one she wanted us to have. She initially started yelling to the group and cussing at us. She was saying the first night examples of bad clients and being very derogatory about people. She started yelling at me one time the first night because I was supposed to turn and go the other way than my dog and I was confused about when to turn around. Ryan got yelled at for whispering to me while she was talking. The second week she became a bully towards me she yelled at me two times. The first time was, "You better keep your hands together and not touch the rope with your right hand or I am going to come over there and tie them together with a rope my f'ing self" "You better pay attention and do it right because your stupidity is wasting class time". I think you get the idea. It was horrible and no way to treat someone that paid you $200. I no longer recommend Daughterty Dog training.

I’ve taken 2 dogs through their training and look forward to the next one. Makes a much happier dog & human. They taught me how to train my dog and taught my dog how to pay attention to me. So worth the time and effort.

We very much like the no BS with the way Megan handles her classes. She explains each step methodically and she’s open two questions every minute of the class.

I had signed up my lab and paid the $200 class fee. The day of the first class my father was in the hospital not expected to live. I called Lynn explained my situation. My father passed away. This devastated me and my family. I was not able to attend any of the classes. I wanted to request my $200 I called and left a message, called again and spoke to Lynn. Her response to me was “I don’t give refunds!” I asked her even if there was a death in the family and I didn’t attend any of the classes. She said “ No Refunds!”. I was not told No Refunds but even if I was I would hope any person would have compassion and understanding due to a death. I would not recommend this obedience training. They are very cold and have no compassion.

I signed up my lab for class paid the $200. The day of the first class my father was in the hospital in critical condition. I called Lynn and explained my situation. I was not able to attend any of the classes because my father passed away. We were devastated and I had to help my mother. I called Lynn and left a message. she never returned my call. I called again and explained to her that my father had passed away and I was unable to attend any of the classes. I asked if i could get my money back. She told me very abrupt and rude "I don't give refunds!". I asked even under these kind of circumstances? "I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!!" I found her to be rude and uncaring. I'm glad I did not take my dog to her. I want my dog to obey because she respects and loves me not because she's afraid of me.

Great class! My dogs have all been through and will go back for a refresher. If you follow instructions and do your homework you will be successful. This class teaches you how to train your dog and allows a controlled environment to safely train your pups. Would highly recommend this class.

Overall rude and unprofessional. You and your animal get degraded in the process. Yes, you may learn a few new things, but it's not worth s*** talking and overt unprofessionalism you will indeed encounter. Megan is great, very helpful and is willing to help in any way. However, Lin is very disrespectful and inappropriate. Many people from my class have dropped because of her. Please view a class before paying.

Best class ever! Completely changed my relationship with my dog! Half way through the class I realized I had already got so much more than expected from this great class. I work in a care home and had tried taking my dog to work a couple times with me but it didn’t go as well as I needed it to. After the 6 th week of this class I tried again and now my dog is welcome at the facility at any time. She has a new confidence and is not scared of our residents. Not only does she obey all commands she got the exposure needed to get over her insecurity- thank you Megan! Great trainer- thank you Lyn- great class!
