Manager is extremely snobbish, unfriendly, and rude!She acts like you're lucky to be renting there.They have a large problem with field mice having easy access to all units.The alarm is constantly going off, You would think they could fix that, but they don't.When it rains the water will flood towards your unit door so beware.They will blow dirt, dust and weeds underneath your roll-up door when cleaning the property with no consideration of what they're doing.

Great place to store my RV!! Affordable, safe and employees are great!! I got a call one morning after the big wind storm, because they thought someone had broken into my RV hood, turns out it was just the wind. Very observant staff!

Very nice and informative and accommodating. I will recommend this facility for storage units to anyone in a bind to move their personal belongings and treasures. Very clean units. Thank you to all the staff for helping me and my family and giving us peace of mind for our belongings.

Erle Road Self storage has amazing customer service, the facility is clean & well-kept, and it's very secure. The staff is very knowledgeable and is helpful when it comes to picking the right size unit.
