BEWARE!! Les Shwab gave me a quote for breaks and POSSIBLY rotors. They knew I didn't want the rotor unless absolutely necessary. They quotes me around 300 if the rotors needed to be replaced. I take my car there. Everything goes good. Come home to realize they charged over 700$. They did the calipers too without letting me know or asking or anything. Then when I talk to the manager who gave me the original quote he tells me that I was given a 700$ quote from someone else (I never was given a 700$ quote and never would have agreed to that much for a break job) .. literally had the manager basically calling me a liar MULTIPLE TIMES. I believe what happened is after we set up the appointment they happened to order the parts and found calipers too (after already talking to me) and added those on without informong me, but they wont admit that. He says he will refund the two calipers but "our business is done" .. so bascially he got mad at me for their screw up and is going to try to refuse service at all les shwabs?? lol. idk if he thinks he runs and owns all Les shwabs. Still trying to figure that one out lol. But be aware they WILL put on extra parts NOT NEEDED and will charge you HUNDREDS over the quote then fight with you about it. Btw. I just needed one tire changed on my car. I brought the tire to be replaced. After making numerous excuses they told me no we cannot change the tire because I did not purchase all 4 tires from them even though my other 3 tires were brand new. Absolutely garbage customer service, people working there are not knowledgeable. Do not recommend. When we went across the street they replaced the tire within minutes.

These guys are awesome. Had 10 minutes to get over to them before they closed and had a screw in my tire. They squeezed me in last minute and got me back on the road. Always friendly and affordable. Thanks guys

Ran over a screw. Arrived at Les Schwab in Marysville at 5:55pm and they close at 6pm. Ask if the could repair my tire they said yes. Great customer service even though my tire wasn't purchased there.

Manager was good tech working on the rig meah. Had an alignment done took longer than scheduled, have to go back now as the truck still pulls to the left.

Service Requested: (2) Tires and an alignment Book appointment online for two tires being replaced and an alignment. Upon check-in I found out that the tires push to the store automatically. However, the alignment does not. So they were fully booked for the day for alignments. The clerk said that the alignment would make the appointment take longer. (I do not recall seeing a time limit for the appointment online so this was not an issue.). Clerk also indicated that they had brought this issue up to corporate numerous times and they indicated there was no way to fix the issue. Clerk asked manager how much longer the appointment would take. At which point? The manager said they did not book the alignment so they did not know how long it would take but did indicate that they could have it done by end of day if the vehicle was left with them for the day. However, manager did talk down to both the customer and the clerk. Clerk was respectful for the most parts which is appreciated and tried to work the situation out. Manager with disrespectful to both employee and customer. I can understand his frustration because of issues with the software that corporate utilizes but this should not be taken out on the customer. Corporate needs to figure out their software system. If they can't figure out changes to make, they need to indicate services that do not push to the store for scheduling or indicated as call store is required.

I came in on Friday to get my back tire patched due bc I ran over a nail. The guy at the front desk was really helpful and nice. I waited 50 mins to get my car serviced. Saturday morning my tire pressure light came on again. I checked all 4 tires and it was the same tire that was 18.9psi. I went to the nearest gas station and pumped it with air. Sunday i didn't drive my car anywhere. Today, Monday, my tire pressure light came on again. Confused, I checked my tire again today. I discovered that the nail was still in there! Got it patched elsewhere. I love Les Schwab! But maybe not this one! Yes. The repair was free BUT it could've been very dangerous if I was on the freeway and my tire popped!

Great place to go if you want to be late for the rest of your day. Tech was very rude and seems to hate his job. Ended up walking out 45 min past scheduled appointment time. Big waste of time. Wish their was a zero star option.
