“Johnny 5 stars hands down !! Walked in there and told him my situation , I was in and out with a brand new phone less than 30 minutes honestly I feel like I’m exaggerating when I say that it felt probably like 20 minutes honestly !! It was so quick an himself as an Employee of AT&T was very patient, attentive , helpful and honest !! Another employee helped him out but I didn’t catch her name but they were both awesome !! Also it’s a holiday today and very many people don’t like working on holidays but all your employees AT&T were kind and helpful but all in all a big thank you to Johnny !!”
