Beware elderly patients. This is the worst Pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Them leaving for lunch on time is more important then the patient health. I only take BP and cholesterol medication they can't seem to get their date's and the amount of pills correct. Shame on you Peach Tree Pharmacy.

Don't expect your medicine to get delivered to you when you're told it's going to be delivered to you. Just pick up your prescription don't even waste your time with the pharmacy delivery. I just wasted half of my day and took time off of work because I was told at around 11:15 a.m. this morning that I would have been able to have my medication delivered to my house between 1:00 and 4:00 only to find out here just now at past 4:00 p.m. that my medication didn't get sent out because they had already been out making deliveries. I apparently miss that window even though it was an option given to me when I called this morning. If you don't want to miss out on work for absolutely nothing with no guarantee that you actually going to receive your medicine when they tell you you're going to receive it just go in and pick it up. I will never be using the delivery option ever again.

I switched to this pharmacy last year from Walmart. They are courteous, helpful with any questions I may have and very professional. I am very happy I made the switch!

This is for their vision department. Peach Tree Optometry has changed and not for the better. The waiting room was horrible. Just two or three lines of chairs sitting shoulder to shoulder with nothing in between. It used to have little tables between several chairs to keep distance between people. I think maybe the waiting room is for two different practices. There was a lot of sick coughing people in there and I'm there for my grandson to get his first eye exam not to get sick from someone else. When we got called back and my grandson sat down at the machines for the technician to look in his eyes she did not sanitize any of the equipment that he had to lay his head against, and they used to do that in front of patients so we knew it was sanitized. I've been there several times over the years and they were incredible, but these last two times I've been there, in the last year and a half, they are lacking in several areas one being their lack of sanitary practices. When we went to pick out my grandson's glasses the Technician pretty much ignored us unless we asked her questions and even then she acted like we were inconveniencing her. There was no measuring of his eyes to fit his glasses or anything. The woman that used to work there, and I know she worked there for many years, was wonderful and knowledgeable and very helpful, and these people are the exact opposite of that. I think we will be finding a new place to go.

I had my 1st visit (New patient) I felt really comfortable, the staff were all freindly. My doctor came in and took her time getting to know me and any health issues I needed to talk about. I never felt rushed or that I didn't matter. The pharmacy was so convenient i was able to pick up my presciption on my way out and within minutes, and to find out they deliver. I would really recommend Peachtree health to anyone that needs a primary care or specialized care and cant decide where dont make the same mistake i did and choose the "other place", the facility itself alone rates way above Ampla's in Marysville. My visit there was not a good experience at all. Thank You Peachtree you made me glad that I picked a Peach.]

Absolute trash of a place. The communication and organization is a joke. All the good PAs quit and I don't blame them. This office doesn't seem so bad until you need them to actually do their job. Then it's chaos. Nobody ever knows what's going on! Never, ever on the same page with each other. Good luck!

Horrible service. NP/PA they had were great but they quit. Gee, I see why. Phone is 20 minute wait, then they rush you once you do get to talk to someone. Wait times to see a medical person is months to see one. And when you do have an appt, that person sends in their assistants and doesn't even bother to see the patient, which happened to me. She claims she went in. No, she did not. I did not see her at all. She lied. And continued to lie. I am not there to talk to her assistant. I am there to talk to HER. I guess I was not important enough. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else.

People aren't wearing masks and there's no real enforcement. If you are immune compromised they'll allow you to stand by yourself in a corner while others pull masks down and take off their shoes.
