I'm only giving one star because zero is not an option. Rude, condescending tellers. They're motto, 'The World's Nicest Bank' is so misleading that it's funny. We had a problem with one of THREE accounts we held there (notice the PAST tense), and her attitude was a shoulder shrug. Not kidding. Closed all three accounts and won't be back.

Customer service is horrendous at this bank. Phone support re directs you to the local branch. Then local staff are clueless or helpless to help customers with issues. Management will not move a finger to investigate customer needs and simple inquiries are flat out ignored.

Jaynee was very helpful, friendly, patient & informative!! We were trying to open an account for our non profit & had a miserable experience at another bank in the area. She answered all our questions, took her time & didn't make us feel like we were "bothering" her. Thank you very much Umpqa & Jaynee, we look forward to banking with you!!

Always friendly. I personally haven’t had any issues. They recently updated their ATM so they offer different bills which is excellent. Online banking works just fine. They don’t have that “big bank” feel so that’s nice.

I have been with Umpqua for about 14 years now. They are caring and protect your privacy unequivocally. The staff is like family to me and I love my girl Sabrina!

Sadly this bank has slowly been going down hill in service. New hours, changing hours, being closed when they feel like it. Today I tried to cash a check from Trust Management Services, the same check I've been cashing or depositing every single month for a couple of years! It has my name and address on it. Today they decided they wouldn't cash it or even deposit it because it had my full name on it & I use my middle name! You don't inconvenience a long time customer like that, nor to you "hang up" on them by turning off the drive-thru screen! Thanks for being rude today. I'll take my business elsewhere I guess. :(

All the employees are taking full advantage of corona virus here because they are too lazy to work. Dealing with their attitude for 4 months now. No more I will take my banking needs somewhere else.

This bank is a joke. No response on any of their automated lines -- 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 and no customer service when you dial '0'. No response to emails either. Love listening to the audio of how important their customers are after dialing 3X and waiting over 6 mins for s'one to answer.
