Its a vibrant location near the entrance of the mall. I got onto their website looking for a specific running shoe. They had it in stock but not my size !
I got an extra pair of tennis shoes as I walk and run alot. They were not familiar with the coupon you get when you sign up so luckily I had it for even a deeper discount!

“Had to get a necklace fixed with the lifetime protection plan, bought the jewelry online, the Cashier in the store was very helpful with getting the right information needed to get my jewelry sent out to be fixed, I only had proof of purchase I didn't have the right email for the protection plan but she was able to call and figure out what info was missing.”

“Went to Ross today to find a dress for the weekend and was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness. I am used to it being a total mess, which really is not the staff‘s fault, customers are constantly throwing things around ridiculously. But today I didn’t notice that the store was much cleaner much more organized, and the line moved much quicker. Thank you so much for whatever we’re doing right”
