Amazing service! Special shout-out to Adam and Maurice for accommodating a package with my sister’s bridal clothes a day before her wedding! The package had reached SF but not Sacramento. However, these two gentlemen supported us all the way through and expedited the package to Sacramento the night before. Super kind and helpful! Overall, great service at this DHL!

We really appreciate Jimmy for delivering our packages. Our interactions with him are always enjoyable! He is professional and consistently ensures our packages arrive safely. If I could leave 0 stars I honestly would. So I bought some clothes online (2 packages in total) I received one but not the other which was weird. So I called this particular location and instead of helping I was treated rudely and told to get a refund from the clothing company even though its DHLs fault NOT the company. The company sent the package (as evidenced by me receiving the first package) DHL messed up and did not take accountability. And honestly if they attempted to redeliver the package (cause I know for a fact they have it or lost it) instead of holding my package hostage and blaming it on the clothing company I would’ve let it go but here we are. Please read this review and think twice about shipping/ shopping here.

Jimmy is a stand up guy. He is always professional and on time. He always delivers directly to our office. If there’s a problem with our packages he will wait until we verify if it’s correct. Additionally, Jimmy is always smiling and in a positive mood. We really appreciate that. It brightens our day.

I had left two painting in a hotel room in Doha, Qatar before boarding a flight to SFO. I had a nightmare trying to get these returned to me. I tried Fedex with no luck and DHL onliine with no luck. I was at my wits end and I drove to the DHL Express office at Mather airport. There I met Maurice Taylor. We talked and initially made no progress. But Maurice assured me that he wouldn't let this matter go until my paintings were returned to me. He doggedly stayed on top of the people at DHL Qatar and QatarAirways. After a frustrating couple of weeks of emails and phone calls I got my paintings back. This would not have happened had Maurice not provided me the outstanding customer service that he did. I would recommend
DHL to anyone with international shipping needs.

The entire team at this DHL service location was extremely kind and helpful. We were experiencing trouble with DHL customer care, and decided to visit this service location for help. They were courteous, responsive and very kind. Best of all, they resolved our issue in a matter of minutes. Special mention for Ashna! I would give 10 stars if that was an option here ! :)
