If I could give Less than 1 star I would. Please if you can avoid this service I advise you to it will save you time and frustration. The drivers are LAZY and LIARS! I have no access code on my entrance gate it's for residents only. The driver has to walk throught public entrance that was stated in the notes twice. Also called and spoke to a representative personally and said this. 3rd attempt same thing they refused to use public entrance gate. So they said I wasn't home and they had no code to enter, I also left left my phone number so they could call me but they didn't call because they didn't want to walk through complex. Lousy service lazy employees please pick up your packages or use UPS or FED ex they are willing to go the extra steps it takes also called customer service and they were offended that I was complaining finally got a guy who was fit for his position and arranged me a pick up I will be making a complaint in person tomorrow

I’m Freddy and I work for R&S overhead doors & docks of Sacramento. I received an emergency call after hours for a door that was stuck open. When I arrived to DHL it was a rainy night and Blake Millett had a forklift and a ladder ready for me. Thank you Blake you made my night servicing your door go alot smoother. You are awesome

The other day we went to this location to send some important documents to another country. It was our first time using the DHL services in the Sacramento area. Ashna was behind the counter and helped us with all the details. Also, she was very patient with us since we had to verify addresses and so on, on the phone. She even helped us apply a coupon to save some money on our shipment. Great service!

Ashna and her manager literally saved my wedding!!!! I had reached out in a panic after learning my custom made wedding gown had a delivery estimate AFTER my wedding!!!! With 11 days til the wedding, I was stuck between a rock and a hard spot! I literally couldn’t sleep I was so stressed. I reached out on Twitter and they DMd me. Within an hour of our exchange, Ashna called me and offered to help! She knew it was arriving that day, so personally dug through all of the Christmas deliveries (5 days away) and found my dress box! She even sent me a picture of it and spoke with the delivery manager, scheduling delivery for the next day!!What a fantastic employee you have! Ashna went above and beyond! I will forever be grateful for the kindness! It meant so very much to me!

Dock Supervisor Alec/alex teal (my apologies if I got the name wrong). Went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining my package after major set backs. Quite literally saved the wedding- and on a Sunday at that. Thank you for your time and patience listening to me begging you for a solid 2 hours, we all appreciate you.

Ashna went above and beyond with her customer service. I was very worried my international package to México would be lost as it got lost with FedEx. She followed the package all the way through and informed me when the package arrived at its destination. I would absolutely use and recommend to use DHL for all my future shipments!

This company is a waste of space and money. Explain to me why is takes 13 days to get something from Jersey to California when literally every other shipping company can do it in 5 or less. What is the point of “cheaper” shipping when it takes nearly half a month to get your items? Comical they have pictures of their planes in their company stock photos. Must be out of commission and they’re back to using the pony express. Save years of your life and use ANY other company.

Looked online a the delivery tracker mentioned an estimated time of 5:30-7:30pm, but I wasn’t going to be home at that time so requested a different delivery date.However, Patricia from Mather (SMF) location gave me a call around 3:40pm and let me know that she was in my area and I was her next stop.Appreciate her giving the call so I could get my package on time!

The logistics coordinator Mario Washington Jr. Is amazing, he has saved me from loosing MANY large shipments worth hundreds of dollars of merchandise, countless hours of putting in loss claims like i have had to do with several other carriers due to negligence and lack of professionalism. He has called ahead managing a schedule to match mine and ensured great customer service. Moving forward I will he pushing DHL for the majority of my deliveries.Worth every penny deserves a raise not only for customer service but also loss prevention services. you need to pay for retention services or he will be scouted out for services like this. They don't make quality this anymore.Keep him on my route !

Oh my god MAURICE !!! He’s the best ever! I have some problems with DHL delivery two times and Maurice was the one who was super nice and helpful and able to resolve all the issues!
