I walked in there, notified the gentleman. I was looking to get a phone for me and my wife, he then tried to sell me the phones at full price($150) each total would be $300. We then went to a different location on Pacific & Gage. I walked out of there with both phones for $120. Either he was trying to pocket the money, or he was trying to scam us. The Pacific location threw in a GOOGLE ONE account and a yearly subscription to VIX.

DO NOT GET SCAMMED HERE. My girl came in here to get her phone activated and a phone case. Employee Victor took the case out of the packaging and kept the packaging. When she got home I told her I had a spare case so she went back to return the case and they refused the refund when she just bought it. That is foul customer service and she will seriously consider leaving metropcs. Always have to deal with stuff like this and companies like T-Mobile(yes I know they own you now but you aren't them), Verizon and Sprint would never do something like this because they want to actually keep their customers. You guys got to step it up. For a company to do this in 2020 it's absurd. Will gladly update my review if you guys make this right and hopefully change that outdated policy.

BEWARE!!! My mom went and she stole her sim card from her phone. Since my mom is old. This girl (Anabell) is always trying to steal from older people. She lock the door because my mom was trying was trying to get her sim back. Hopefully this girl get terminated because she is unfit of this job.

I came to make a payment at this location in the morning, it was my first time here and omg the employee there was so rude when we were asking her about other phones that we wanted to buy all I can say is that they have bad customer service here and very rude

I bought two iPhones and the employee put too many charges on the receipt. As a customer, I asked questions but she said it was normal and the store policy that when you buy an iPhone they charge you $60 more. That just in that metro there was that policy. Later I noticed this when I visited a metro by Elizabet Av and Atlantic, in Bell CA

Don't stain the receipt, they charged me for this and the other, in the end they give you your very altered receipt, before buying a cell phone, first ask for the final cost, don't buy it, then go to the other METRO PCS that is in Cudahy , next to where K-Mart was, you will see what you save when purchasing your new cell phone
