Went it with a dead battery for my car and I was helped by Mateo, such good customer service. He answered all my questions, signed me up for the warranty and switched out my battery. It was my first time having to do this so honestly, really appreciated the help and guidance!

Very welcoming staff, I was immediately greeted once entering, and was questioned about what I needed help with before even asking. Patient with me as well as I’m not too informed about cars. The store was organized well enough so it was easy to search through aisles. Overall very pleased with my customer service.
