The worst experience a year ago I went to do a letter procedure, the person was writing it (man) a woman came shouting at him telling him how poorly organized he was and she was very angry, saying things in front of me the man got very nervous and I think The process didn't even end well because I paid 150 dollars and they never told me to pick up my document. When I returned after months to ask for my letter, the woman Odilia returned and said that she was not going to put things away after being bothered for so long with her bad, rude attitude as always when I left very upset and we will never return. I lost my money okay. But they should not have a drawer for undelivered documents or make sure to call to pick them up.

I will never go back there again. Such unprofessional stuff. People should know they r being cheated. I took her some paper to re do my taxes from 2018 and she siad sorry there nothing we can do just pay the 3$$$. Plus. I took it to real tax people and they are helping me reduce the whole debt.
