1st time here, I will make this my new fave shop. Excellent work, great conversation. Very thorough in trimming and cleaning nails, beautiful selection of colors. Efficient and done in a good time frame.

I walked in on Saturday afternoon it was 4pm and the girl in the front was like hi , I told her I need acrylic nails and a pedi she looks at the time she's like "I don't have to to do nails right now " it was empty??? So disappointing!

Love love the girls here went in as a walk in at 1030 am got my nails and pedicure it was a little on the pricey side but worth it they took their time just didn’t like finishing my nails on the water chair but it isn’t a huge thing for me… but thanks girls see you soon!!!! ? ?Services: Acrylic nails

I went in desperately hoping to get my toes done, it was a little late so I decided to call ahead and see if its even possible to get helped. Thanking my lucky stars the sweet lady on the phone said yes it was no problem. When I arrived it was empty but once again I was the last person. Very comfortable chairs Linda was the sweetest women with a light touch. I struggle with ingrown nails not only did Linda removed the ingrown nail she asked me if I felt comfortable with what she was going to doing something so small but reassuring as a customer that they do care about how you feel when walking out. defiantly going back !!GisellService: Pedicure

I love this place! I have been coming here for years now. I would like to recommend a few things to the manager1. Do not talk about the people that are coming in to give you their business/money. Thanks to them you and your family have money to live, so be more mindful of how you treat your customers. Some people understand Your language so stop talking about others.2. Tell your nail technicians to stop doing the work so fast!!!! A regular manicure and pedicure should take more than 20 minutes each. I do not understand how a mani and pedi get done in under 40 mins. A real pedicure takes time as they have to remove the cuticle and do the proper steps. But you guys are in such a hurry to see the next client that you dont take care of the client you already have at the seat. You guys charge alot of money for what the client is asking for so that you can just do half the job.Its not fair!3. Stop doing mani and pedis in the same chair. A mani should be done in the water chairs and the pedis, acrylic nails should be done in the other chairs across from the mani chairs. It gets very uncomfortable doing both things at once. And you guys do not concentrate on either job because you have two people doing two things at once. Come on have respect for the customers time and money.4. Clean your utensils that are used to do nails. In the 6 years that i have been going to your place not once have i seen anyone disinfecting the nail tools. Clean your area. Clean the restroom. Clean EVERYTHING!!!5. Kate is one of the best techs you have but i noticed that more and more she is rushing to get things done and therefore not doing 100% like before. When she first started she was really good. Really gentle and took her time doing a good job. Now she is rushing to get the next customer. As a manager you need to stop rushing your employees to get more customers in the chair. Instead do a good good with each customer.It is better to do a great job WELL DONE with 5 customers and they see the good job, time and effort and so they leave good reviews and they tell their friends and you get more customersThen to do 15 customers but you didnt do a good job because you are rushing to get it done to get more money and so you didnt do the right mani ir pedi or nails set because you are rushing and you lose customers that never want to come back because you do a horrible job.It’s common sense and you should put more effort to take the time and do things right with each paying customer. don’t forget its because of your customers in this community of latinos that you are getting money to pay for your house, cars, daily living and all your spending money. So be more mindful of the job your doing and the respect your giving to this community.Services: Pedicure

All I have to say is way over price! 75 for a small set gel color , Not only that but the lady that was doing my pedicure didn't remove callous , couldn't even get a square shape right ,one dip 1 time my feet in water .. it's not even no more good quality they Just want your Money !
