Male cashier had no name tag, lady in front of me had EBT/food ,and was treated nasty by him, Alicia was ok.

Waited to be attended for a long time. It also took a while to get my food. Used coupons but they made a mistake and I was paying more than I should have. Eventually, they sort of fixed it. Food was alright tho.

They always mess up my order and wait time in the drive through is always really long 15-30 min wait most of the time.

Great food and friendly customer service :) I like the new look on the inside and outside of the restaraunt. But it does take a little while to get your food in drive thru, you just have to be patient ?

According to Google they open at 8 am and I attempted to make an order and lot of items where unavailable bc they had "just opened" and it was already 840??. I was told with an attitude that I would have to wait bc they had nothing ready and when it was Time to pay I was told to to give the exact change -with attitude. Also I didn't get any condiments,napkins or utensils. I had place my order via drive through and I don't recommend making orders early morning especially if that lady is there. I always go there and ive never been treated that way.

Needs more cashiers. The is awful. I couldn't get a promo deal. The receipt didn't even gjve me a code to add on the app.

I recently moved to the area and have always loved eating yoshinoya. This is my new local location and unfortunately I will not be going again. I ordered a boba tea which they had no Boba so I said just give me the tea anyways and it was a cup full of ice. I literally finished it in one sip. I had told the lady that the cup was nothing but ice and she said that everything was pre-measured and didn't do anything about it. I literally paid $4 for ice. And when I get home to see my plate it barely had any meat at all. I could have received better service when I showed the lady my cup was full of ice and barely any tea at all. They should try a little harder to satisfy the customer. Oh well

When I went the manger Richard was yelling at all his employees and is rude to his employees I could not enjoy sitting in side with the manger acting like this to his employees so disrespectful I will never come back here even though the food was good not satisfied with the manger I appreciate all the employees who we’re doing there job.

FOOD IS GOOD. They need to hire more people, specially have more associates on busy days. Drive thru takes minimum 30 minutes to get your food.

I ordered their Beef Bowl, and it was a Rice Bowl with about five straps of their beef. I approached the counter to speak to a manager, and four women walked to the counter. Lastly, It was my first stop in Long Beach, CA. I paid for the order prior, and I left the beef bowl on the counter in front of the hostile customer service.

I was given old dark broccili. Easy to tell that instead of throwing it away they rather sneak into your food. I went a week ago and was given a raw section of chicken. Mangement needs to improve before somebody gets sick.
