I had placed an order for a funeral arrangement for a friend's mother at another flower shop. I received a phone call 6 hours later that my order had to be cancelled. I called the Fernando's Flower Shop and Raymond was able to fulfill the order. He also told me that he knew my friend's mother and suggested flowers that he would use. I always appreciate a business who can help customers at a pinch and have empathy for your situation. I have friends who live in this area and will come here again for any future needs.

Well I actually got my flowers from Fernando's in Wasco. I didn't see a yelp for this address I know it's the same company. This is the first time I have received a delivery from them and let me tell you they didn't disappoint. My flowers for my 32nd anniversary were so beautiful. We were leaving for the beach the next day and I took them with. I got so many compliments from people seeing me carrying them to and from our room. Which means when I left today they we're 5 days in. Thank you so much you guys do a wonderful Job

New owner is the WORST. Does not care about customers AT ALL. Incredibly rude. He will take your money and not deliver on what you paid for. Then, when you try to get a refund, after over a month of waiting, he will completely refuse and then turn around and blame you for his own incompetence. Seriously not worth the hassle here. So sad, because the previous owner was the best.

I called in and ordered flowers to be delivered to my abuelita. Fernandos. Created a beautiful bouquet that was just what she wanted. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and on time. I would highly recommend ordering flowers for your special someone from them.
