The staff and management at Kreations were extremely helpful, gracious and professional when I had an auto emergency that required a lot of coordination with insurance, rent-a-car and logistical challenges. Could not have been more in good hands throughout. Highly impressed with Kreations small town graces combined with first rate professional service.

I took my truck in after someone hit it in a parking lot. Kreations was amazing. They got me in the next week and only had my car for 48hrs. The inside and outside were cleaned and there was no evidence that an accident even occurred

We've had at least 3 repairs done by this shop and have been very satisfied every time. The last time was some deep scratches from another car that backed into us and everything looks brand new again.They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car!!!!I'd recommend them anytime. They are very professional and friendly.

I had Kreations Mckinleyville replace the fender on my Explorer. They gave it back to me leaking from the engine bay and missing hardware from the front grill to the roof rails to the back bumper (hardware they admitted that they THREW AWAY). There was contamination in the clearcoat / paint and they gave me my car back dirtier than when I gave it to them. They didn't paint in the door jam and left bare metal on the body when I got it back the first time. They damaged my old parts too. like stepping on my old fender and scratching the headlight, knowing I wanted it back. They tried making it right, but it's still not "pre accident condition" and I don't want them touching my car anymore. I can't recommend this place. Their techs and Mckinleyville manager don't seem to know what they are doing. It's a shame my car was their test subject to mess up, considering AAA recommended them to fix my car.

I go to the Fortuna Kreations and they are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond! No joke! Each time had been so pleasant considering the situations and I was so thankful for them each time.

I needed my front end replaced after a fender bender. I am more than satisfied with the service from Kreations! The staff was very friendly and professional. My car was ready when quoted. They fixed my issue and my car looks great! I am especially thankful for the car wash - they even vacuumed, dusted, and cleaned the green gunk from my windows!!! Above and beyond service!
