I got a screw in my tire while traveling and didn't have an appointment, but I showed up first thing in the morning, and they were able to squeeze me in. They delivered the awesome, kind, professional service that I've come to expect from Les Schwab.

We almost thought our road trip was going to have a bigger issue, when my tire pressure light came on. We came in to get it checked, and they helped/fixed up my tire in a quick half n' hour. And now we're back on the road, trip unaffected! So helpful as always, thank you guys!

What a great team!
We stopped in McKinnleyville to get gas. At the stop we noticed we had a broken leaf spring on the trailer...YIKES.
We went to Les Schwab--they have been good too us in various locations on our travels over the yrears...
Shane and the team there did the same. They took care of us in a kind, respectful...and timely fashion...instead of ending our trip we only had to divert from one planned stop...
THANK YOU to all...especially Shane and the young lady that helped us at the front desk...Natile(?)...she's moving soon...but i want her to know how grateful we are for her as well.
CAN'T say enough about how grateful we are...and impressed with the team there at Les Schwab.

This Les Schwab location is exactly what gives mechanics a bad name: dishonest, greedy, and shockingly disrespectful.
I brought my car in for a vibration in the front end. I asked them to balance the tires and check alignment if needed. They called me and said the tires had weather cracks and couldn’t be balanced, and I’d need new ones. Fair enough—bad tires can’t always be salvaged.
But here’s the messed-up part: they still went ahead and did the alignment anyway, knowing full well the tires were shot. They knew alignment wouldn’t fix the vibration. They knew it would be useless on damaged tires. But they did it just to bill me.
Then they handed me a tire sales quote on the receipt like I had walked into a dealership. All they saw was an upsell opportunity—not a real person needing help.
When I came to pick up the car, the front desk woman ran my card without talking to me, then casually asked if they had explained anything. When I tried to speak, she interrupted and rushed me out like I was a problem.
What makes this worse: I’m on the autistic spectrum. I process things differently. I take time to speak when I’m overwhelmed. Instead of giving me the respect to finish a sentence, she acted like I was wasting her time.
This shop made me feel taken advantage of, talked over, and completely disrespected. They didn’t fix the issue. They didn’t offer a real solution. They just did what made them money and pushed me out the door.
If you’re autistic, neurodivergent, or just someone who expects ethical service, stay far away from here. These people are manipulators with no accountability. Les Schwab should be ashamed to have their name on this place.

When our trailer got a flat we were worried that our road trip would be severely impacted. After rolling in on a miss-matched spare, they managed to salvage not only our trip, but the rest of our day. They let us drop the trailer so we could ride off and get lunch while they replaced our tires for us. And all at a very reasonable price as well.

Still trying to get the brake lights to go off when I take my foot off the brake pedal after they replaced the booster on my
wife's car also after they replaced the steering rack on the Malibu every time you turn the steering wheel it still makes a noise very unnerving

Mckinleyville Les Schwab is so honest, I live in Reno and I’m visiting, but I would travel 6hrs just to come here.
