They have removed the placard from the pumps that give details about the car wash. And said car wash was incapable of even removing bird poop from my window.

So does she'll want to explain why we bought $20 of gas to fill OUR SMART CAR UP?????? And we used a DEBIT CARD. AND DID NOT ENTER THE STATION. AND NOW WE HAVE $77 MISSING OUT OF OUR BANK ACCOUNT???????? 3-5 business days for a pre auth???? My ass. I really hope I don't need to file a sheriffs report because ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

We came here in between a long journey from LA to Tahoe Lake and then to Redwood National Park. The gas station is good. The lady staff inside is so nice. We had a quick coffe from the convenient store.Awseome experience!Thanks!

The good: open 24 hours, peak rewards gives a pretty good discount on fuel and items inside the store, often times they have two cashiers that help get people in and out quickly. The bad: inside the little store is old and needs a renovation, the corner lot isn't very big and it's often busy therefore its difficult to maneuver vehicles, it's not the easiest place to get into and exit because it's located at a busy intersection especially for northbound traffic. I think 3.5 stars is most accurate for this Shell Station

I have always had amazing customer service at this station especially Donovan, Kyle, Oscar and Pauline. This is my preferred gas station in the area.

This place is absolutely horrible. There is a coworker that wouldn't help me when I needed help out at the pump. Also the pumps are extremely slow and it takes forever to even get your peak rewards entered. Also when you put your card in to get rewards it doesn't even read it Very disappointed.

This place is absolutely horrible!! They take forever and somehow have an inability to properly staff their store at peak hours. This poor woman was all by herself and having issues with the gas pumps, the store was filling up. I wish I could have helped her!! Bottom line, take your business elsewhere
