The post office is very helpful and friendly - the delivery people not so much. We've been unlucky to have two very unfriendly delivery people, one who constantly leaves our packages at the top of our driveway near the main road. I've experienced close to a dozen packages that say they were delivered when they weren't and never arrived. When they checked into one of the packages, the delivery person knew what they did wrong and where they delivered it to. I asked if they would go get it and deliver it to the correct address. The answer was no. They hoped the person who received it at the wrong address would bring it back to USPS to have it redelivered. Unfortunately whoever they deliver our packages to seems to be okay with just keeping them. Luckily most are from Amazon and we get another sent from them. But, it is very unprofessional service from USPS.

Whoever is the driver will not deliver anything that is remotely off of any main road. Lived here for 35 years and recently can't get anything delivered to my house that has a circular driveway and is not in a remote area. It is ridiculous that my drivers can deliver 30k lbs pieces of construction equipment to North San Juan and my 5lbs piece of mail can't be delivered, ever, to my door. Oh and I went in to pick up my mail and heard the driver talking about how he was too busy to deliver anything off the main drag. It's your job and my taxes pay you to do it. Do your job. If the driver is there every time I come in to pick my package up, talking shop, then why would I be excited about my taxes paying him to talk shop while I pick my package up? It's become a joke at this point

Post office is very friendly and helpful. Mail service and pack delivery to home is horrible!

We'd like to give a shout out to Sydney at the Meadow Vista Post Office for going above and beyond to recover our lost package, which had us in a pinch. Sydney's continuous updates and efforts were greatly appreciated and paid off when, to our surprise, we did receive our package! In short, Sydney cared. It's wonderful to know that a strong work ethic still exists. Bravo! Thank you, Sydney! You made our day, week, and year!

Love this post office! Employees are cheerful and efficient, I hardly ever have to wait in line.

I like this place it's easy to get in and out quickly. Love having a little local USPS when I need to get a package out quick.
