The guy there was extremely helpful in making sure that I had everything I needed. They even stay open later if you call ahead and let them know you need a part before they close. Reliable service, friendly and helpful staff and great place to go to if you are in a bind.

The serpentine belt on my truck broke and I pulled into Mecca. Before i knew what the problem was I bought some antifreeze at an auto part store close by. I told the guys in the store that I had just broken down. They seemed disinterested which was fine because i didn't need help. Later I went I to Juan's auto parts to purchase the replacement belt and the guys working there were super friendly and helpful . I left thinking about what a big difference good customer service makes. I'm in that area frequently and will definitely visit Juan's Auto Parts if I ever needed anything again. I'll also be referring to them.
