Mecca Travel Center

Hours: Mecca Travel Center is a very cool and excellent stop for gas, clean restrooms, and a bite to eat. It is very stocked and has everything, with lots of souvenirs. The bathroom is well maintained and clean, and the place is very clean and not crowded. It is nice and quiet compared to freeway locations, with attentive staff and very good service. There is plenty of parking for trucks, though the parking spots for 18 wheelers are very few. The food and drink selection is uninspired, next to the sad restaurant. They have Ms. Pacman in the open area. It is a shame that people damage the bathrooms and common areas. A con is that panhandling has occurred in the parking lot. Some customers are devastated that the store no longer carries a specific oatmeal ice cream cookie, which was a reason for their stop.
