Such an amazing little shop, where everyone was happy, helpful, and incredibly hard-working. Not only was the food and coffee delicious but everyone took incredible care of us while we were there as well as made sure that we had a wonderful start to our day. Incredibly helpful staff and wonderful eats.

We enjoyed the huckleberry custard tart, spiced Mexican mocha and the goodlife spuds. They have a variety of pastries and baked items to choose from, which was very interesting.Surprisingly, the spuds came with roasted potatoes even though the first thing on its description says home fries.Overall the food was good and service was great.Gets pretty crowded on the weekend but the line moves very quickly.

Super friendly team and best breakfast in recent memory.Classic w scrambled eggs, sautéed vegetables (these really made the meal, especially the vibrant purple…cabbage shreds?) and ham. Highest quality ingredients, comes through in the appearance and texture and taste.Cappuccino and black coffee - divine! And oh, the lemon, olive oil cake…. So good I ate it without taking a pic first!Visited for two breakfasts and one lunch during my 48 hours in town.❤️!

Burrito was all bean, very little rice and cheese. No flavor. Burger was not very flavorful and had very little shredded cheese that wasn't even all the way melted. Fries weren't great either. I wasn't even tempted to steal some of my husband's and I usually love fries. We've been here before and weren't impressed but decided to give another try this time due to the other places we wanted to eat being closed on Sunday. Regret it since we spent 40+ on a seriously lackluster meal.

Had the banana walnut pancakes with eggs and sausage with bottomless coffee. Great looking pastries. Next time, I'll stop to buy baked goods. Great service and vibe.

A must-stop in the mendo area. Great coffee from Black Oak Coffee, delicious pastries, and even breakfast or lunch options if you so desire. They sell local artwork and pieces as well. Not much seating inside, but the outside seating area is covered, and who doesn't love the fresh coastal air with your morning latte?

It’s a wonderful place and it gets very busy, so if you have somewhere you have to be build in some wait time. They make things for vegans, people with celiac disease, and people with a sweet tooth. Also, it’s a bit pricey because they pay all of the employees a living wage. The pastries are utterly delicious. They also have a wonderful warm lemonade concoction that you can have with a bit of cayenne added. Everything is absolutely fresh, fresh, fresh! I cannot recommend it highly enough!!!

Imagine a breakfast spot so damn good you pretty much arrange your itinerary around it! Dogs run on the beach and we go get coffee and the best breakfast in town...I can officially crown them the best in town because sadly and wonderfully for them they took time off while I was on the coast for work over the holiday weekend.I tried to turn this sadness into a moment of gratitude. " well you GET to try a new place"Ya it was not the same.. I went to the market and ended up buying some eggs and cooking at home after being so disappointed by the other options. What I need to know is this a regular seasonal closing? If so I am changing my travel plans because Good Life is a huge part of my vacation when I visit. The good people of good life we missed you this weekend we will see you soon
