Went in today to pick up some tools for a project I’m working on. Store was clean and Edward was very helpful. He helped me right away and was very knowledgeable about cars. I found out he was the store manager which is a shock cause many store managers I’ve encountered didn’t know anything when I asked questions about cars parts and are cocky(some just in it for the money). Now my car is almost done with just a few things more I need. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something and need a little help. Thanks Edward ! Keep up the good work! We need more people like you.

They lied about haven my part at 11 I call they said 4 days the guys there dnt knw wat they doing there I call Kerman they have the part on my my way to autozone in Kerman to get the part rn nd I’d the own see this you need new manager

Very good! Service no hassles had an issue with a default battery, went back to retrun it after 2 months was taken care of quickly by the manager and I left satisfied! Highly recommend Mendota Autozone for services !

The attendant was very passionate and tried to ask the manager about a certain issue. The guy, manager, responded in the same attitude as he did when I came in a few days ago. The aditude of 'don't you know and why are you asking me'. Like if we are ignorant when we want information!

Just left this place and the customer service is so rude all I was trying to do was make a return which I'm aware of the 90 day policy yet the representative and manager said its a 10 day policy and to make matters worse the manager was disrespectful he cussed at us and accused me of lying without even confirming it or even talking to us direct je was yelling from the back also whoever owns this location definitely should fire the manager and train their employees properly. I will not be recommending this location ever again. Also will be contacting corporate for being treated in such a rude manner. So unprofessional.Update * I had drove all the way to Kerman auto zone and they gave me my refund easily, where the customer service is always great. No problems also they told us that there's a 90 day return policy not 10 days like the manager in Mendota stated.

I went to replace a starter that was under warranty, but I forgot the phone number I had used when I purchased it. My current phone number was incorrect. AutoZone representative was patient with me as I tried to remember my old phone numbers and called my family members to remind of my old phone numbers. They helped me not spend another $260.00 for a new Lincoln Navigator Starter! Thank you very much! I will start going to Mendota AutoZone more often, and avoid Kerman & Firebaugh AutoZone''s. :-)

Girlfriends car broke down on I-5 on our way back home. Workers went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. Will definitely be coming to autozone more often when I get back home to Gilroy.

Workers are on point. Customers are incredibly rude to staff. A guy got upset over having to wait in line and knocked over a display and left. Employees remained calm and gave great service.

management is on point. but they have some kids in their that couldn't tell you the difference from a hole in the ground and a hole in a hose. Managers sold me many parts I needed and worked but a few others gave me wrong parts because they couldn't figure out what a "split year model" was lol

Luis went above and beyond his job today. My motorcycle broke down a mile from the auto zone. My wife and I walked there bought the battery that I thought was the right one, which it wasn't so I walked back and bought another one and he was nice enough to give me a ride "wearing masks of course " back to my bike and made sure it was the right one. Thanks again Luis!!

Best autozone around fresno county the staff are acknowledgeable in everything the manager Daniel goes above and beyond to help you out very polite and professional all the staff are great
