Eric was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained in detail the condition of our fireplace and chimney. We were shown pictures of an issue which needed to be addressed so that we could see for ourselves what he was explaining. He and Shelby were both very friendly and easy to work with. Eric did a wonderful job with explaining everything about my fireplace and chimney. Thoroughly inspected and cleaned. Took his time with answering a lot of questions we had. Definitely will use in the future as needed
