Andy's Xpress Wash is a drive-thru car wash in Southern California with locations in Lakewood, Chino, and Menifee. The car wash itself is great, with many customers loving it and finding it does the job. They use Lammscloth brushes and always rinse the car and scrub the tires before it enters. Many note the friendly staff. The service includes free vacuums with lots of stalls and no wait, free detail items like wipes and freshener, and memberships with unlimited washes, gas discounts, and family add-ons. Services can be purchased online.
However, some inconsistencies exist. The quality of the dryer has gone way down for some, no longer fully drying the car and causing water spots. The machine can sometimes bend license plates. Communication through the website has been reported as bad. Depending on who provides service makes a world of difference, and the wash is not always as spot free and clean as some would like.
Cool carwash..it is a bit pricey for the membership but cool for the single. (Im always going for the single) Avery is always helpful too and has a great attitude

My parents dont speak English well but want to say Thank you to Avery! He takes his time to understand and help my mom and dad everytime we come. The carwash is also fun too

The staff is amazing. My daughter accidentally sucked her belt chain into the vacuum and they retrieved it for her and while we were vacuuming David came and checked on us multiple times and brought us water. All the staff was so friendly and helpful.
