During my recent visit to the store, I had a positive experience transitioning from T-Mobile to AT&T due to signal issues. The representative, Big Chris, efficiently facilitated the switch to AT&T, which boasts superior signal quality and compelling offers. I highly recommend AT&T to those experiencing signal problems with their current provider.

Fortunately we got Big Chris as our guide through modern technology. He was awesome and very patient. Big Chris answered all our questions and kept us laughing while trying to explain plans and options. As nervous as we were to change our phones, it was an easy experience. Thanks to ATT - Menifee, Big Chris, Evian and all the friendly employees there.

Came to AT&T to buy new phones on the fourth of July, and Mike from the very beginning was friendly and answered all my questions. He made me feel comfortable switching over from another carrier, which made it very simple and easy.

AT&T Manager Christian is amazing!! His customer service is everything? His attention to detail and explanation of the products and service was perfect, he's patient and answered all of our questions, he's nice and made sure that we were comfortable and welcomed in the Menifee store location! AT&T find more people to service customers just like Christian!!
