“As someone who’s a local gearhead and been going to this O’Reilly location for years now, figured I’d finally write a review of my experience as a customer. I’ve been to all of the locations of all the big name parts stores in the area, The Cal Oaks O’Reilly Location in Murrieta is the one that has my business and stands out, not because of the shiny advertisements and fancy parts, but because the Crew there is hands down the best at what they do. The crew there knows their huge selection of products well and have the mechanical knowledge to help much further than looking up a part and reading off the computer. For years, I have been going to Eric specifically because Eric not only has the mechanical knowledge I hope for when trying to find a car part, he also leads his whole crew with an attitude that can only come from loving his job and loving all things automotive. This attitude is contagious as everyone seems happy to be there and ready to help every time I’m in there. I can’t say enough good things about Eric as well as Jon and Rudy there at the Cal Oaks Location. Definitely lightens up the long day with a difficult car when they are working together to give a great customer experience.”
“Showed up today with a failing car and check engine light. The O’Reilly staff rocked and had genuine engine experience. Shop was neat and had everything we needed in stock; a few new spark plugs, valve cover gasket and emissions hose, then back on our way.
