While Auto Zone was just a few dollars cheaper, the customer service I received both on the phone and in person from O’Reillys was exceptional and definitely worth a few more dollars! German greeted me with a smile and dropped a new battery in my car in less than 10 minutes! The best experience I received today was the fastest, simplest service I’ve ever dealt with as far as my vehicle is concerned.
